We are not responsible for tapes damaged in shipping or previously weakened or broke media. Our inspection team will check all submissions before transfer work begins. We will send a confirmation email letting you know it has passed inspection. We will promptly ship any broken media back to shipper via the ground shipping fee deducted for your order.
